Our new residence Côté Green was designed in the respect of the environment. Built in a typical Mediterranean style, you will be delighted by the quality of our residence. With a wellness area, Côté Green delights Epicurean.
80 apartments, from studio to 3 rooms with kitchen and bathroom.
You will find: exterior swimming pool (access from April 13th to September 30th), well-being space: sauna, hamman...(with supplement).
During summer (July and August): children club, from 4 to 12 years old.
Services: bar, Wifi access, seminar rooms, free exterior car park.
Breakfast on booking at your arrival: €8/person (+ 12 years old), €6/person (- 12 years old).
Free baby kit: only on booking.
Pets: with supplement (1 in accomodation, dogs category 1 and 2 forbidden).
For long stay (for a week):
Laundry: €5 for washing and €3 € for drying.
TV rent: €5/day, €25/week, €45/2 weeks
Rent of sheets: €8/stay/person
Internet/Wifi access.
Cleaning of the end of stay (except kitchen and dishes): €35/studio, €45€/2 rooms.
The residence requires a (bertween €300 and €500) deposit upon your arrival. This amount will be restored to you in the end of the stay, after the inventory.
Reception opening hours: 9am-11pm and 5pm-7:30pm; in lower season: reception closed on Wednesday and Sunday. If you plan to arrive except the schedules of check-in, please contact the residence in advance or the Golf Hotel Fontcaude +33 4 67 45 90 00.
