Appartment | Come discover my beautiful T2 in the center of Montpellier 50m from Gare Saint Roch, 1mins from the Place de la Comedie. You will be charmed by its Haussmanian style and decoration that give it all its character.

You go down and Montpellier offers you his arms: cafes, restaurants, shops, sunny terraces ... and all the historical center!

The accommodation offers all the comforts and facilities necessary to make you feel at home:
internet connection, flat screen wall-mounted HD television, fully equipped kitchenette (cooking plates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster ...), washing machine / dryer.

The living room offers a second bed for 2 people with a sofa bed whose mattress is very comfortable.

At the foot of the apartment, the 4 tram lines that go to the beaches and run through the city of Montpellier.

You are 10 minutes from the airport by car.
Otherwise you can do everything on foot, you are in the heart of town!

Secure parking and covered 2 min walk or 8 min by tram.


Cleaning fees and Linen mandatory: (sheets and bath towels per person + cleaning done before and after your stay, your check-in and check-out) 45 € per stay.
Late arrival fee: for an arrival beyond 21h I will welcome you but I charge 15 €.
