In a beautiful old historic building and the heart of Montpellier, this chambers of 50 m², recently restored and furnished with care offers the same high level of comfort that our guest rooms (3 Keys Label / Clevacances).
It has a living room, a real fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large shower, a separate toilet, and a large bedroom – (king size bed 180×200) with marble fireplace – opens onto a small private courtyard where you may enjoy your breakfast...
Facilities available:
- bedroom & living-room: a hight level 180×200 king size bed in the large bedroom and a sofa bed 140×190 (with ergonomic top mattress) in the living room & sofa leather ;
- Free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV (200 channels / including some international ones), DVD player, some DVD, books & magazines (for adult and children)...
- Kitchen: 2 hob, multifunction (traditional and microwave) oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine (a few pods coffee arrival gift …) and various small appliances...
- WC: washing machine and vacuum cleaner (renewed every 7 nights)...
- Kit 1 free breakfast.
Is include : hight speed WIFI – heating and electricity – the bed linen and towels / renewed every 7 nights and residential tax. Final cleaning is charged € 40 more mandatory.
A deposit of € 350 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure or within a maximum period of one month.
